ABOUT US
ABOUT US
N.I.C IVF Clinic was established by Assoc. Prof. Matchuporn Sukprasert, Dr. Warawun Lupthalug, and a team of experienced medical technicians specializing in genetics and reproductive medicine.
To achieve our patient care goals, we first emphasize understanding each patient individually. This approach enables us not only to address each patient’s needs effectively, but also to meet the expectations of their families with care and attention.
In addition to the general clinical practices commonly found in IVF facilities, we demonstrate our commitment through specialized medical techniques, ensuring that each patient receives the most appropriate and personalized treatment.

These techniques are as of followings.
•
Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)
•
Macs Art Annexin V system
•
Halosperm G2
•
Endometrial Receptivity Test (ERA test)
•
Oosight Spindle view
•
Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Monogenic Disease (PGT-M)

Special Technology
-
Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)
This is a testing technique that screens all 24 chromosomes through whole-genome sequencing (WGS) of human DNA in a minimal amount of time. When applied to the pre-implantation process, this method enables clinicians or scientists to select embryos with a normal chromosomal profile for transfer. This approach may result in a higher pregnancy success rate compared with the Fluorescence in situ Hybridization (FISH) technique, which is limited to screening only five pairs of chromosomes.
-
Macs Art Annexin V system
This technology optimizes sperm separation in assisted reproduction. It helps separate sperm exhibiting activated apoptosis signaling (dead cells) before entering the fertilization process. This approach has been shown to improve clinical pregnancy rates compared with older techniques, which cannot differentiate between healthy and apoptotic sperm.
-
Halosperm G2
This technique allows visualization of sperm that contain highly degraded DNA compared with other sperm. It is a fast, simple, and cost-effective method that enables an IVF doctor to easily examine sperm DNA fragmentation. Consequently, this allows the selection of high-quality sperm for the fertilization process, which may improve fertilization and embryo implantation rates.
-
Endometrial Receptivity Test (ERA test)
ERA is a genetic test that evaluates endometrial receptivity, identifying the optimal time for embryo transfer. Since the implantation window varies for each woman, the ERA test enables clinicians to personalize the timing of embryo transfer for each couple accurately. This approach significantly increases the likelihood of successful embryo transfer and pregnancy.
-
Oosight Spindle view
This computerized high-power microscope technology enables clinicians or embryologists to visualize the spindles of retrieved eggs during Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI). This helps prevent damage to the egg spindles during sperm injection. Consequently, the likelihood of successful fertilization is increased compared with cases without the Oosight technique, where the ICSI procedure would otherwise rely solely on visual estimation.
-
Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Monogenic Disease (PGT-M)
PGT-M is created uniquely for each family or couple at risk of transmitting a genetic disorder to their offspring. These genetic disorders include, for example, Thalassemia, Huntington disease, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Hemophilia, and others. This advanced technique must be performed exclusively by a specialist in reproductive genetics. One of our clinic’s team members, Assoc. Prof. Matchuporn Sukprasert, is the first doctor in Thailand to graduate in this particular field. She completed her fellowship at Weill Cornell Medical College, Cornell University, New York, United States. She and our team of scientists are ready to provide consultation for any couple at risk of monogenic disorders.

PATIENT
In order to successfully accomplish our patient care goals, we first put our hearts into caring for each patient.
This emphasizes our understanding of each patient’s condition, both physically and mentally, including their needs and any possible constraints.
This approach allows us not only to treat each patient’s condition appropriately, but also to meet each family’s expectations with care and compassion.
PASSION
In addition to the general clinical practices commonly found in IVF facilities, we demonstrate our commitment through specialized medical techniques, including:
MACS sperm selection, Oosight spindle imaging, Halosperm G2 testing, Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), Preimplantation genetic testing for monogenic disorder (PGT-M), and ERA testing.
Furthermore, our operating room and laboratory are certified as Class 1000 cleanrooms, which represent one of the highest cleanliness standards for IVF procedures and are significantly superior to those of conventional IVF clinics.
Combined with the advanced techniques described above, this ensures that all treatments are performed in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment with the highest standards of safety and quality.
Our goal is to provide the most appropriate and personalized treatment for each individual case, thereby enhancing treatment effectiveness and optimizing pregnancy success rates.
POSSIBILITY
Hence, your personality, together with all noble intentions and valued legacies, is perfectly passed down through generations.
This, in turn, establishes the most essential foundation for building a strong and high-quality society.
