Congratulations to the new mom and family. Ms. RAPIPHAN. Mother is 44 years old who was successfully pregnant with the ICSI process at N.I.C IVF CLINIC.

This 44-year-old mother before coming to consult "Dr. Mathachuporn Sukprasert" Mother has undergone ICSI treatment 5 times. and has had embryos transfer 3 times. From the previous medical history, it was found that the mother had an ovarian hormone (AMH) value of only 0.61 ng/mL. The doctor recommended that the father and mother be examined again to evaluate the treatment in detail. It was found that the quality of the father's semen was normal. The mother's ovarian hormone levels dropped to only 0.08 ng/mL. The mother stimulates the eggs 2 times. The first round of egg collection there were no blastocyst stage embryos from the ICSI procedure. To prepare the mother before the embryo transfer process. And from the previous medical history that the mother had implanted embryos and was not pregnant 3 times, the doctor performed an Hysteroscopy for diagnosis before preparing the endometrium.

The mother rested for 2 months before starting the process of preparing the endometrium for embryo transfer. The mother was successfully pregnant after the first embryo transfer. 7 days after the embryo transfer, when the appointment day arrives for a pregnancy hormone test. It was found that the mother's hormones were high. The doctor made an appointment for an ultrasound examination to continuously monitor the pregnancy.
