How to Read Ovulation Test Correctly

Before you count the date to use the ovulation test correctly, you have to know your menstrual period cycle. You begin by writing down the first until the last day of your period for each cycle.  

You have to record this at least 3-4 cycles then you will know the interval of each period. To count the interval of the menstrual period, you need to start from the first day of your period of each cycle and calculate according to the table below.

In addition, you should do your urine test any time of the day, but you should do it at the same time every day.

When the test shows a positive result for ovulation, the color of (T) or the test line will be dark or darker than (C) or the control line.
